  • CrossTimbersChildren sMissionCamprequiresaladultsandsponsors to complete a background check in order to stay with or be in the presence of the children on our campgrounds.
  • Churches will have the responsibility to perform the background check on each sponsor/ worker before arriving at camp for registration.
  • No adult will be allowed to stay or be with children unless they have this background check (This includes all day visitors).
  • If you desire a resource for obtaining background checks, the BGCO has contracted with trak-1 to provide background checks for churches at only $6.50 per person.
  • Churches can apply to receive background checks for $6.50 each.
