Lace a Verse: Print each word of a verse on a small card. Punch holes in both ends of the cards. Challenge the children to string the verse on a shoelace in the correct order.
Supplies: Cards, hole punch, shoelaces.
Chip Can Puzzle:
Print the verse on an 8¾ x 9½ sheet of paper. Cut the paper into three or four 9½ pieces. Tape the pieces loosely around the chip can. Challenge the children to rotate the sleeves until the verse is aligned correctly.
