2008 REWIRED MOTORCYCLE RALLY

THIS IS A RELEASE --- READ BEFORE SIGNING

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and affirm that my participation with the 2008 REWIRED Motorcycle Rally is voluntary and is made with the understanding

that I am acting as an individual who is independently responsible for my actions and the operation of the motorcycle with which I am participating, either as a

rider or a passenger. I hereby acknowledge that participation in the Rally events, as well as any use and operation of a motorcycle, can involve dangerous

activities and the risk of serious injury, death and property damage, and that I possess the standard of competency necessary to use and operate a motorcycle

and/or participate with and in the Rally. In exchange for my participation in the Rally and other good and valuable consideration, I further agree (a)

unconditionally, absolutely, fully and forever to RELEASE, WAIVE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DISCHARGE the Baptist General Convention

of Oklahoma and its affiliates, officers, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (Released Parties) from any and all responsibility

owed to me, my legal representatives, heirs, assigns or any passengers and/or third parties for any and all claims, expenses, damages (including injury to person

or property or death), actions, and causes of action, of whatsoever kind or nature, known or unknown, arising from my participation in and with the Rally,

including all activities in connection therewith, whether caused by negligence or gross negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, (b) that I voluntarily

accept and assume the risks of property damage, personal injury and death, and (c) that any photos/videos taken prior to, during and/or after the event may be

used for promotional purposes for this event and/or any other events. I am physically and mentally fit to participate, and, if I am a rider, I further declare and

affirm that ?

1. I have thoroughly inspected the motorcycle that will be used to participate with and in the Rally, and such motorcycle is legally and mechanically

worthy and suitable for such operations;

2. I will comply with all the requirements and guidelines issued by state departments of public safety and/or transportation relative to motorcycle

equipment, use and safety;

3. I will comply with all the requirements and guidelines of the Falls Creek Conference Center and its staff;

4. I have a valid driver ˇ s license, including all necessary motorcycle endorsements;

5. I have a current and valid state registration for the motorcycle; and

6. I have legally adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that I and/or any passenger or any third party may cause or suffer as a result of

my participation with and in the Rally, and I have acceptable underinsured or uninsured motorist coverage.

I further acknowledge that I have carefully read the above agreement and understand its contents. I recognize that by signing this legally binding agreement I

am freely giving up substantial rights and assuming risk of injury, death and/or property damage. Riders and passengers must sign below.
