Instructions: This experience is made up of 6 prayer stations. Each modeled after a specific
prayer in the Bible. Some stations have multiple ˝ sides
˛ to them. We printed 6 ft x 34 inch
banners and using Velcro, attached them to stands made of PVC pipe. Of course, you may alter it
to your needs and resources. Some stations have several ˝ sides
˛ or banners to them and others
only have one. Additionally, some have an extra table or activity that goes along with them. Each
banner text is printed below and centered under each Side listing. Additional notes that
accompany that station are also listed. You can get these banners printed at Kinko ˇ s pretty
reasonably. Place the prayer stations in various locations around an empty room. They do not
need to be visited in any certain order, so their locations are up to you.

Note: We made a dark cave using black plastic and large poles. We cut an entrance on one end of
the cave or hallway, and placed flashlights outside of it. A sign at the beginning of the entrance
instructed individuals to pick up a flashlight and enter David ˇs prayer. Once inside, additional signs
were hung on the wall leading up to the prayer banner. You will need to make signs that read:
.
Sometimes it seems the world is against you. How do you pray in the dark places of life?
Grab a flashlight and make your way to David ˇs Prayer.
.
I cry to you, but you don ˇt hear me.
.
Why are these people against me?
.
Where can I find you?
.
Why did you walk out on me?
.
I counted on you &
