Dear Friend in Christ:
In response to your request, enclosed is an application for summer employment at Falls Creek.
Please be thorough in completing this application. Answer each question and give information
requested. If you do not have a social security number, you will need one before starting to work.
You will be contacted with a date in March for an interview.
We cannot assure anyone that he/she will be employed or that you will be able to choose where you
work. There will be twelve weeks of work (see below). All positions will be required to work all weeks.
Areas of possible service for boys and girls are: Lifeguards, pop and ice cream stand, freeze stand,
sno-cup stand, grocery store, cafeteria, post office, gift shop, change booth, and gate work.
For your application to be considered, it must be returned immediately along with a
recommendation letter from your pastor.
If your church is without a pastor, a letter from the
chairman of deacons OR your Sunday School teacher will be acceptable.
Also enclosed is a copy of the rules and regulations that you should study carefully. These apply to
everyone, and you will be expected to abide by these rules. When you complete your application,
give it and this letter to your pastor. He will mail his letter of recommendation along with your
application. In the event you change your mind about working at Falls Creek, please let us know as
soon as possible.
It is very important that you understand that this application is to WORK at these various positions.
We also expect your character to be Christ-like, and if you do not intend to work or be Christ-like,
please do not apply. Also, you must be available to work all weeks, if hired.

Dear Staffers:
Due to the nature of the Assembly, it is imperative that we have policies, rules and regulations. In
addition to the Falls Creek general rules, there are some special
expectations
for staffers.
I. CARS - If it is necessary for a staffer to drive a car to Falls Creek, he/she will be required to
leave it parked after arrival. No staffer is to drive his/her car on or off grounds, from the time of
arrival on Monday, until time of departure on Saturday. In case of an emergency, the director of
safety and the Falls Creek Manager will give special permission.
II. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE - No staffer will be admitted to the grounds prior to 8:00 a.m. on
Monday except those whose services are required prior to that time. All staffers will be required
to leave the grounds on Saturday morning. The dormitory will be closed from Saturday noon until
Monday morning. ALL STAFFERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO STAY IN THE ASSEMBLY
DORMS.
III. REGISTRATION - Staffers must check in at the Business Office as soon as they arrive. To
obtain entrance to the grounds, staffers must present their letter of employment at the gate.
IV. ATTENDANCE - All staffers are required to attend certain classes and preaching services
during their employment at Falls Creek.
V. STAFF MEETINGS - Monday at 10:00 p.m. of each week, you will attend staff meetings at
the cafeteria.
VI. FOOD & DRINK - In order to keep the dormitory clean and sanitary, no drink or food is to be
taken inside dorms other than in the reception room. Staffers are to comply with the rules and
regulations of the dormitory.
VII. RULES & REGULATIONS - Staffers are expected to observe all rules and regulations of the
Assembly.
NO SHORTS, TANK TOPS, BEER-SHIRTS, FISH-NET SHIRTS, MID-RIFFS, SPAGHETTI
STRAP TOPS OR DRESSES, LOW NECK DRESSES OR ANY OTHER SUGGESTIVE
APPAREL IS TO BE WORN AT ANY TIME. These items are not to be brought to or worn to or
from Falls Creek. Staffers are directly responsible to the managers during working hours and to
the dorm counselors all other times or to whomever is in charge at the time.
Each dorm is OFF-LIMITS to those of the opposite sex.
VIII. CAFETERIA - Meals will be provided at no charge to the staffer, but will be charged to the
department by which he/she is employed. Each staffer must wear his/her identification badge at
all times, and will show his/her identification at each meal or at the request of the cafeteria
attendant. No food or drink will be taken from the cafeteria. If you need to miss any of the
provided meals at the cafeteria to eat somewhere else, please let the cafeteria attendant know at
the meal before that you need to miss the next meal.
